1. Projects must align with the quarterly theme of "security and safety".
  2. Teams must consist of registered participants (maximum 6 members per team).
  3. Submissions must include all required elements listed under "Submission Requirements."
  4. All participants must adhere to the IEEE Code of Conduct and uphold professionalism during the event.
  5. Teams will need to return parts that were borrowed (parts loaned through project space via QR code, NOT parts bought through us or reimbursed under your budget) at the latest 1-2 weeks after Showcase. Your team will be penalized with a fee if this is not met.
  6. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Note: While this is not a hackathon, any copyrighted or plagiarized work will result in disqualification.
